Job Description

  • Responsible for all Human Resources activities including Recruitment and selection, OD, learning and development, benefits programs, etc.
  • Perform the whole Recruitment procedures to fulfill the required Manpower of the company (planning, advertising, interviewing, selection, orientation.
  • Follow up and assist in Creating the future Man-power plan 
  • Search for new sources to hire blue and white collars.
  • Create new methods for interviews and “Design English, IQ, Computer exams and Case studies, etc.
  • Follow-up the Probation Period Process
  • Follow-up the Exit Interview Process and analyze data to detect and solve turn over reasons 
  • Prepare Offer Letters, HR Letters, Experience Certificates, etc.
  • Implement Training procedures to fulfill the company needs and Set the final training plan through the “TNA Process” by coordination with the Heads of Departments.
  • Manage the Internal and External training/courses by Coordination with line managers for employees and new team-members.
  • Design organization structure for each department in line with Department Heads.
  • Perform job analysis process to extract job descriptions and KPIs for each position.
  • Assist in developing OD tasks and Company System like HR policies, procedures, and it’s related forms, etc.
  • Build Strong Performance Management System based on objectives, KPIs and competencies.
  • Assist in establishing a Wellness program including the benefits scheme to have a motivation system to ensure effectiveness and employees loyalty.
  • Assist in developing compensation programs and salary structures ensuring their Internal and External competitiveness in order to retain and attract qualified calibers.
  • Participates in all HR reports preparation and provide the required periodical reports to his/her superior upon assigned tasks.
  • Assist in any other tasks as required.

Job Requirements

  • Any High BSc. degree.
  • Experience from 3-5 years.
  • HR Certificate or Diploma is Must
  • Fluent in English Language
