Job Description

  • Develops the annual sales business plan includes the key performance, objectives, targets, needed resources and budget to achieve the company’s mission and objectives and submits it to the Chairman for approval, Communicates and cascades it down to the Sales Managers and participates in converting it into monthly measurable targets for their second liners.
  • Presents, analyzes and compares the actual performance, of the “business sector” sales against the business plan, through the monthly meeting with the Chairman.
  • Prepares the “business sector” Sales policies and procedures manual and submits to the Chairman to review and approve. Monitors their ongoing implementation. Incorporates all changes upon their occurrence and ensures clear communication of those changes to his direct report.
  • Identifies new sales leads and communicates arising cross-sales opportunities to the concerned Sales team.
  • Conducts sales calls to Key Customers, and provides them with creative solutions and payment facilities, to build strong and credible relationship to ensure customer retention and optimum customer satisfaction.
  • Consolidates and analyzes his teams' monthly sales achievement and prepares monthly sales reports highlighting actual versus forecast, providing recommendations for improved performance (if needed).
  • Provides input to the Chairman regarding market status and changing customer needs, for the preparation of the yearly sales plan and communicates any updates on regular and timely basis.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Electrical Engineering is a must.
  • 15+ years of experience in the field of Sales.
  • Intensive technical background with M.V, L.V panels, L.V components & Lighting fixtures.
  • Excellent Leadership skills.
  • Wide network of contacts.
