Job Description
- Responsible for all tendering and cost estimation for Mechanical projects.
- Providing detailed quotations for plumbing, firefighting, and HVAC.
- Negotiation with Suppliers.
- Studying Tenders to understand the nature of Project and Contract.
- Receiving quotations from Vendors, Suppliers, and Subcontractors and Make sure that the quotations comply with the project required and provided Specifications
- Prepare comparison Sheet for rates Quoted by Sub Contractors and suppliers
- Prepare BOQ Breakdown.
- Prepare quantity survey for lump sum project or items.
- Preparing the commercial and technical offer.
Job Requirements
- Experience in Saudi Arabia are preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years in Construction industry .
- Candidates prefer to apply according to the requirements of the job
- BSC. Degree in Mechanical Engineering is a must.
- 5-8 years of experience.
- Good in Time Management.
