Job Description
- Provide all kinds of Admin works that enable sales department team to run the business efficiently and effectively to achieve the company goals.
- Prepare all activities related to sales meetings, preparing management reports / letters / forms, time schedules, and follow up actions to support and facilitate their activities.
- Co-ordinate / communicate with other departments in terms of providing and exchange data / information …etc. that will support them in their activities and build a smooth relationship with all employees
- Deliver and complete all kinds of secretarial responsibilities and works related to sales activities in terms of ( typing& printing, faxing, photocopying, phone calls, filing, mailing, developing , Stationary, etc.…) to support sales team to run their business activities effectively and in quality way.
- Continue to build stronger relationships with all referral sources, past clients and future clients in order to maximize client satisfaction and customer satisfaction rating
Job Requirements
- University Graduate.
- Minimum 4 years experience in Real Estate .
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good command of the English Language.
- Excellent user of MS Office.
