Job Description
- The execution and overall communication related to all employee engagement initiatives.
- Keeping a comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement strategy.
- Creating an effective communication plan and provide content for various communication aspects.
- Developing new and innovative ways to engage with employees including seeking and acting on their feedback to identify the most effective methods.
- Providing approachable and professional support to employees on all employment matters or personal issues that may be impacting at work.
- Responsible for the measurement of the effectiveness of engagement/communication activities.
- Supervise investigations and complex employee relations issues.
- Determine and recommend employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation.
- Recommends changes in benefits offered, especially new benefits aimed at employee satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee all the activities of own team to ensure high-performance levels and efficient implementation.
- Responsible for the professional development of own team and ensure it is aligned with the organizational career progression and succession plans.
- Responsible for setting the team objectives in correlation with the department objectives, provide coaching and action plans required to achieve objectives.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Employee Wellbeing\Employee Engagement
- Contact Center industry is a bonus.
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Postgraduate studies in Human Resource
