Job Description
- Prepare and issue official HR documents, such as HR letters and experience letters to support employee verification and administrative needs
- Responsible for issuing employee bank cards in collaboration with banking partners to ensure timely and uninterrupted access to salary payments
- Manage employee medical insurance in coordination with the insurance provider, including card issuance and renewal, handling additions/removals, and processing related invoices and claims to ensure continuous coverage and policy compliance
- Manage corporate mobile line services, including activation and deactivation requests, and oversee monthly invoice tracking, to provide necessary communication tools and control operational costs
- Responsible for facilitating employee travel and accommodation requests for business trips to ensure logistical efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Responsible for AMAN card limit assignments based on employee payroll details and other relevant criteria to facilitate controlled and timely employee purchasing
- Source, acquire and manage benefit providers for AMAN, including vendor negotiations and meetings, to deliver at least 12 employee benefit programs annually that enhance employee engagement and well-being
- Responsible for managing the employee income tax process and submitting finalized documents to the Authorized Tax Consultant (ATC) to ensure compliance with local tax regulations and provide employee support
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience in the same field
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Skilled in sourcing and onboarding new service providers to meet organizational needs
