Job Description
- Control and manage inventory in warehouse.
- Supervise in daily warehouse activities.
- Working on the daily documentary cycle.
- Internal and external audit of the warehouses of the number and equipment.
- Communicate and collaborate with other departments.
- Follow the quality of service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Update and maintain ERP system to ensure the inventory up to date.
- Keep track of quantity and stock levels.
- Follow up , coordinate and optimized full order cycle to ensure the workflow is smooth.
- Managing small team , Motivating, organizing, coaching teamwork and offering assistance to promote employees moral and communication.
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
- Revise and Ensure physical storing conditions of all items are set to be according to idle Storage procedures (codes, Locations, Quantities, cleaning and safety conditions).
- Implements any other task(s) assigned by CEO within the company's applied Policy and procedures.
Job Requirements
- BS degree in related field.
- 4 - 8 years of experience in an industrial sector.
- Very good command of English & computer programs.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques.
- Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data.
