Explore the opportunity in Delta Egypt Company for Lighting in the tendering then sales department to be responsible for conferring with engineers, customers, and others to discuss existing or potential lighting projects and products, directing and coordinating manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements, managing assigned job quoting activities, communicating critical information to purchasing and field associates that request information pertaining to vendors, products, pricing and competitors.
Responsibilities:·
- Get acquainted to present company profile and company presentations to clients & study company products.
- Study projects specifications; get involved in project selection and write quotations and learn the business from both sides (tendering then sales)
- Write compliance sheets under the supervision of the tender specialist.·
- Go for meetings with the account manager.·
- Study contracts and POS.·
- Assist in performing the full cycle of quotation, submitter, PO release, PO delivery, payment with client and the company procedures.·
- Continuous study for Delta catalogues to be up to date with the latest products
- Assist in contract revision and make sure it follows the company rules
- Follow up the purchase orders and contract and make sure DELTA achieves the best possible service to client as well as defending our company rights.
- Study projects specification including legend, vendor list, and project specs.
- Assist to determine most cost effective fit of product to project specifications.
- Maintain proper files for product quotes within company quotations program.
- Provide support to the account manager.·
- Contribute to the team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.·
- Submit meeting forms.·
- Attend all company training and be prepared with questions especially manufacturers presentations.
Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in electrical / mechatronics or communication engineering.
