Job Description

Job Summary :                                                                                    

Business Development is responsible for selling Cultark performance-based primary digital marketing services. 

The primary focus will be to build relationships with potential business partners, must be willing to call potential clients, and willing to conduct inbound/outbound business opportunities.

You will be responsible for managing all phases of the sales pipeline - approaching prospects - Generating leads - present Cultark services - Follow up with the potential clients - Closing deals.

 Duties & Responsibilities:                                                                        

  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Take a consultative approach to understanding clients’ needs while providing customized solutions and market insights.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, guidance, researching, The primary, and recommending new opportunities recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Requirements

  • (3:5) years of experience in Digital Environment
  • Solid knowledge of online and digital products’ best practices
  • A performance marketing background is a great asset
  • Market Awareness
  • Strong Networking skills
  • Project & Product Management knowledge are preferred
  • Exceptional ability to analyze market trends and competitor behavior.
  • Ability to maintain strong client relationships and establish industry partnerships.
  • Competency in negotiating and closing business deals.
  • Ability to learn new concepts fast and sense the latest market trends.
