Job Description
- Archiving old files in a chronological manner parallel to the ones currently sent and recieved.
- Typing up the chairman's handwritten letters or generating new ones to be sent to external authorities.
- Organizing company files including but not limited to technical offers, commercial offers, announcements, etc.
- Organizing appointments for the Chairman with Directors of Departments and high profile visitors
- Responding to inquiries received through phone and e-mail or redirecting them toward engineers if further assisstance is required.
Job Requirements
- +5 years as a secretary for large firms
- With 1-2 years at companies working in the field of construction
- Business Administration or a relevant Engineering Degree is preferable
- Highly proficient in English language
- MS Office Package
- Exceptional writing skills in Formal Arabic
- Knowledge of governmental procedures for infrastructure projects would be a great advantage
