Job Description
- Assist the Director in the timely management of communications; including written, telephone, email.
- Compose and edit letters, documents, emails, proposals and ensure follow-up with those that require answers, responses, and written replies.
- Assist in managing and organizing the director's calendar by scheduling appointments, meetings, engagements, and daily activities, including running errands.
- Manage and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Spend time and become familiar with all aspects of business and residence.
- Assist in screening calls, email, transmittals, and visitors.
- Prepare agendas, attend meetings, and transcribe correspondence from handwritten notes. send minutes of meetings, follow up on actions.
- Coordinate onsite meetings, luncheons, coffees, in-house events.
- Assist in file organization via OneDrive.
- Assist in CRM input and edit (customer relation management).
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations.
- Prepare reports, Using Excel, Word.
- Greet and check-in clients and other guests for meetings and events.
- Perform a variety of office and personal errands.
- Coordinate and manage vendors and contractors.
- Conduct research.
- Ensures warmly and professionally that all requests/messages to or from the director are rapidly addressed.
- Maintains a broad knowledge and understanding of the company's operations, business objectives, and enterprise relationships.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chairman or Director Assistant
- MBA holders are highly prefered
- Excellent organization skills and time management
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent command of English & Arabic Languages
- Excellent communication skills
- High levels of discretion and confidentiality
- Flexibility to travel inside and outside Egypt upon business need
- Travel and tourism background is a plus
