Job Description
- Developing and implementing quality control procedures to ensure continuous improvement at all stages of product operation and to reduce losses as much as possible..
- Monitoring and analyzing quality performance.
- Follow up on the implementation of product testing processes in accordance with standard procedures to ensure that the product is of the appropriate level of quality
- Inspecting and testing materials, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met.
- Collaborating with operations departments to develop and implement controls and ensure improvements.
- Investigating and troubleshooting product or production issues.
- Investigate and troubleshooting client corrective actions.
- Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements to meet standards quality corresponding
- Monitor the entire production cycle and perform regular tests to identify potential malfunctions as early as possible according to client’s standards.
- Train quality inspectors on quality standards according to the quality benchmark.
- Inspect reports on malfunctions and corrective actions (e.g. number of defective raw materials and final product per order ).
Job Requirements
- Degree in quality, industrial, or mechanical engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or a similar role.
- Printing and packaging experience (offset printing) will be highly advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Aware about requirements of ISO 9001 , HACCP , GMP , SPC , ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000
