Job Description
- Sharing relevant documentation and reports with project teams
- Providing information and regular support to stakeholders
- Being a point of contact for various working groups
- Developing an in-depth understanding of project scope and particulars i.e. timeframes, financials, outcomes
- Ensuring resources and equipment are always available
- Understanding formal escalation and review processes
- Providing support to project managers and business leaders when requested
- Ensuring that relevant management information is captured and analyzed.
- Assigning tasks and controlling schedules
- Assist in all administration functions and processes.
- Track, analyze and communicate project risks and opportunities
- Resolving any financial queries that are raised, including timely communication if extra budget is needed.
- Involved in Coordinating projects from inception to completion.
- Developing training and briefing material for staff.
- Keeping in close contact with key project members and decision-makers
- Track and report project progress
- Create, update and maintain any documentation required
- Make sure that strategy, goals, and objectives are stated
- Translate project objectives into tasks to be assigned
- Organize the team’s work and maintain processes
- Communicate with Functional Manager/CEO on team members’ performance
- Participate in a performance review
- Make sure deliverables are aligned with the goals and objectives requested
Job Requirements
- BA or BSC. From a recognized university
- IT background
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent analysis and decision-making skills
- Excellent time management
- Presentable
- PMP Certificate preferred.
