Job Description

Job Summary:

As a Data Entry, your role involves entering data from various sources into the company computer system for processing and management. You will need to efficiently manage a large amount of information that is often sensitive or confidential. The integrity of any company is based on the data they produce which validates the importance of your position. Any information inputted by you will then be used by other people for reference or reports.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Preparing and sorting documents for data entry.
  • Entering data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted.
  • Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents.
  • Creating data backups as part of a contingency plan.
  • Responding to information requests from authorized members.
  • Testing new database systems and software updates.
  • Prioritizing workloads.
  • Photocopying and printing.
  • Typing, preparing and collating reports.
  • Assist the filing department with filling and archiving where appropriate. 

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications (KSA):

  • Good command of English both oral and written.
  • Excellent computer skills “Word, Excel & Outlook”.
  • Able to quickly and accurately type and enter data.
  • Familiarity with administrative duties.
  • Typing speed and accuracy.
  • Experience using office equipment, like fax machine and scanner.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Professional appearance.
  • Able to work flexible working hours.
  • Team working skills.
  • Confidentiality.
  • Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.
  • A high degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.
  • Integrity and professionalism.

  • The ability to be proactive and use the initiative: to see what needs doing and to do it.

Job Specifications:

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven work experience in similar roles.
  • Education: Graduate of a notable school - A bachelor's degree.
  • Gender: Female

Working conditions:

  • Contract: Full-time.
  • Working hours: 8 hours.
  • Rest Days: Friday & Saturday
  • Salary: Attractive salary (depending on the candidate’s qualifications)
