Job Description

  • Prepare a monthly schedule for the most appropriate distribution of drivers on the available cars according to the vacation schedule, timetables and planning plans
  • Update and display the schedule of the drivers
  • Follow up the process of receiving and delivering the expenses of the movement department and settling them with the financial department.
  • Preparing trip performance reports for each driver and following up on the performance against the set plans.
  • Monitor the monitoring of violations of professional and administrative drivers and submit daily reports.
  • Record and save delivery permissions for easy reference when needed.
  • The Fleet Administrative Specialist is responsible for performing office supervision and administrative support work involving full and significant supervision of paraprofessional staff in Fleet Services.
  • Developing efficient driver schedules to maximize profits.
  • Scheduling regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Maintaining detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection.
  • Analyzing data to increase business operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree (Experience in accounting is preferred)
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in same area
  • High analytical skills
  • Attention to details
  • English proficiency is a must.
  • Advanced Excel is a MUST
  • Males only
