Job Description
- Prepare a monthly schedule for the most appropriate distribution of drivers on the available cars according to the vacation schedule, timetables and planning plans
- Update and display the schedule of the drivers
- Follow up the process of receiving and delivering the expenses of the movement department and settling them with the financial department.
- Preparing trip performance reports for each driver and following up on the performance against the set plans.
- Monitor the monitoring of violations of professional and administrative drivers and submit daily reports.
- Record and save delivery permissions for easy reference when needed.
- The Fleet Administrative Specialist is responsible for performing office supervision and administrative support work involving full and significant supervision of paraprofessional staff in Fleet Services.
