Job Description

  • Participate in establishing the Quality Management System (SOP, policies, work instruction, and records) to comply with Bank's internal requirements, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001.
  • Participate in the Annual Compliance Audit and interpret all audit results, in case of any deficiency or correction and ensure timely response to documentation requests for auditors.
  • Handle all the document control processes through collecting, modifying, creating, and updating all forms, letters, documents. General document control activities such as photocopying, scanning, numbering, and all others aspect related to documents control.
  • Compile and gather statistical data and write narrative reports summarizing Quality Assurance findings.
  • Assist Assistant Manager - Quality Assurance & BCM with regular inspections to monitor issues and develop solutions to any quality problem in order to ensure their compliance with Quality Management System.
  • Compile soft and hard copies of Operations Manuals, non-destructive testing reports, and visual inspection reports.
  • Under direct supervision of QA & BCM Assistant Manager, facilitate QA activities and assist with new employee QA inductions.
  • Prepare ad -hoc reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to the upper management.
  • Liaise and communicate with all departments to ensure Quality Control, Quality Assurance procedures and standards are paramount in all bank operations.
  • Support in the training and development to ensure understanding of Quality management system standards and the relevance to business objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Very Good command of English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Hands-on experience of working in a document control role.
  • Solid experience in using document control systems.
  • Proficient typing skills.
  • Proficient in Data management and storage.
