Job Description

Job Purpose:

The company is looking for highly energetic, and motivated team to join its operations. The Export Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and approaching sales opportunities with new customers but will also include customer retention. High levels of service and support are key to this position, building relationships with customers and internally with the internal team to support fulfillment of orders and query handling.

Main Duties:

  • Conducting surveys and market research to study and analyze the targeted countries/markets.
  • Identifying new markets for exports and developing new business accounts.
  • Acquiring new customers through digital marketing or direct marketing.
  • Assisting in setting sales plans suited to that country and current consumer trends.
  • Assisting in planning and reviewing budgets for product ranges.
  • Negotiating the sale terms and meeting sales targets.
  • Managing administration, such as quotations, orders, contracts, export document, and collection.
  • Regular liaising with customers regarding product, order, and shipment queries.Providing full export documents and shipping quotations.
  • Ensuring customer records are updated and all administration is managed
  • Maintaining and building confident customer relationships.
  • Troubleshooting to sort out any problems with the exports.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  •  A highly organized energetic person
  • Proactively manage own work responsibilities
  • Minimum two years of experience in exporting agriproducts & food stuff and its related supply chain and procedures.
  • Good level of spoken and written English.
  • Relevant training and certifications are highly considered.
