Job Description
- Manage key stakeholders / Key accounts.
- Develop business opportunities for Egypt in new areas / services.
- Develop and manage relationships with Solution Providers.
- Assist the Sales team to drive service/solution percentage growth.
- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts across all key engagement areas.
- Meets assigned targets for profitable service/solution and memberships engagements and strategic objectives in assigned key accounts.
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
- Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
- Proactively maintains a detailed account management plan.
- Ongoing reporting on account engagement progress, financial reports and other identified KPIs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proven experience 5-7 years account management and business development.
- Excellent use of MS Office & CRM Software.
- Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills.
- Excellent in Arabic & English (Writing- Speaking).
