Job Description

  • Manage key stakeholders / Key accounts. 
  • Develop business opportunities for Egypt in new areas / services. 
  • Develop and manage relationships with Solution Providers.  
  • Assist the Sales team to drive service/solution percentage growth. 
  • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts across all key engagement areas. 
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable service/solution and memberships engagements and strategic objectives in assigned key accounts. 
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis. 
  • Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel. 
  • Proactively maintains a detailed account management plan. 
  • Ongoing reporting on account engagement progress, financial reports and other identified KPIs. 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Proven experience 5-7 years account management and business development. 
  • Excellent use of MS Office & CRM Software. 
  • Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills.
  • Excellent in Arabic & English (Writing- Speaking).
