Job Description
- Plan, direct, or coordinate the transportation, storage, or distribution of goods and services
- Develop forecasting plans to maintain enough inventory
- Verify goods reach their destination in a timely manner
- Establish priorities, track assignments, and ensure availability of resources
- Maintain schedules and deadlines
- Comply with plant standards and shipping regulations
- Work with loading and warehouse personnel to ensure shipments and cost targets are met
- Work with the team to complete ongoing projects and tasks
- Conduct physical cataloging, warehousing, inventorying, material control coordination and data entry assisting different supply activities.
- Support with the maintenance of logistics policies, procedures, support plans and similar data.
- Provide assistance for maintaining logistics planning tasks.
- Review and analyze program effectiveness, suggest and execute on-time improvements and corrective actions.
- Coordinate accountability of property and issues maintenance.
- Investigate inventory divergence, resolve issues and update the database to replicate property movement.
- Provide advice and recommendations pertinent to accounting procedures and policies, discrepancies of information, and divergence from regulations.
- Establish and maintain maximum and minimum consumables inventory levels.
- Administer and maintain inventory control program systems and electronic property management.
- Develop pertinent schedules, reports and conduct recurring inventories of supplies and property.
- Administer and implement inventory management program.
- Present inventory distribution of warehouse according to a standardized process.
- Establish and update regularly work priorities and stations and fulfill routine tasking by supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Education Background: Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience 4+ Years in the Logistics Field.
- Procurement & logistics management diploma Preferable
- Very good communication and Technical skills
- Very good command using MS Applications
- Very good command of English - Presentable
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Must be willing to learn new technologies.
- Quality, Delivery & Cost Saving.
