Job Description

 Objectives / Summary Of Job Tasks:                                                                                

  •  Developing and Implementing strong and innovative digital marketing strategies to attract traffic to HEIA's website and increasing awareness of HEIA’s services 
  • Designing the marketing campaigns , maintaining, supplying the right content for HEIA Association website 
  •  Engaging people through social media , checking and keeping visitors flow on HEIA's website , Identify and document backup or recovery plans. 

Main Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities:                                                                      

  • Understand HEIA’s objectives and needs.
  • Create social media marketing strategy and campaign by creating the content idea, budget planning, and implementation schedules.
  • Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote HEIA’s services.
  • Promote HEIA’s services on various social media channels.
  • Develop and Manage HEIA’s website and Drive HEIA's website traffic and acquire leads.
  • Measure HEIA’s site traffic, identify and evaluate new digital technologies and optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media, and display & search advertising using web analytics tools and Analyze web traffic metrics.
  • Develop , Manage and Optimize content for the website and social networking channels such as Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, Google Plus, etc.
  • Track the website traffic flow and provide internal reports regularly by Performing user testing or usage analyses to determine web sites' effectiveness or usability.
  • Arrange online meetings, Lectures and webinars.
  • Work on SEO of the website pages.
  • Execute social media efforts to improve KPIs, likes, shares, tweets, etc.
  • Tailor the content and style of writing assignments according to their purpose like sell or inform and consider interests of the target audience.
  • Develop effective editorial plan and content marketing strategy to meet HEIA’s objectives.
  • Receive members feedback and generate ideas to increase members engagement and extract reports from multiple sources like IT, operations, and customer feedback.
  • Brainstorming, mocking up design ideas.
  • Develop graphics for services illustrations, logos and flyers.
  • Incorporate changes recommended by the members into the final design.
  • Responsible for photographing all the events and applying the needed edits to be published (Taking Pictures and editing and retouching images).
  • Organize, Filing and uploading lectures, advertisements on HEIA's websites.
  • Collaborate with web developers (Outsource) to create and operate websites and monitoring web servers and web sites.
  • Recommend web site improvements and develop budgets to support recommendations.
  • Determine sources of web page or server problems and take action to correct such problems.
  • Develop or document style guidelines for web site content.
  • Provide training or technical assistance for web site implementation or use.
  • Performing other duties as assigned from Executive Director.
  • Identify and document backup or recovery plans.
  • Back up and/or modify applications and related data to provide for disaster recovery.
  • Create and design internal websites using Office 365 applications.
  • Managing and Evaluating Marketing process and submitting Monthly and quarterly reports to Executive Director about achievements and KPI’s.

Job Requirements

Job Specifications / Qualifications:                                                                                      

  • Education: Computer science or relevant bachelor's related to marketing field from AUC (AUC Graduates is a must).
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of solid experience in digital marketing field.
  •                        Minimum 3 years in website Administration and web content editing.
  • Gender: Male or Female 
  • Knowledge and skills: PerfectEnglish language (Reading & Writing & Speaking), Excellent typing Skills Excellent Emails writing (Email Etiquette), Excellent communication skills, interpersonal Skills, good judgement, Time management Skills.
  • Other: Attention to detail and accuracy, problem solving skills, set priorities, organize workload, handle multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.

          Nature of work: 90% Office + 10% out of office in case of events or campaigns
