Job Description
- Work with the Business Development team and assist in closing sales deals
- Build /update customer base to maximize sales.
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support BD team
- Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
- Assist in setting Sales Targets and Motivate Sales Team
- Coach the BD Team
- Assist BD Manager and Supervisor in Sales Strategy Development
- Prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly Sales Reports
- Supervise essential key account possibilities.
- Appraise performance of staff and give suggestions
- Offer inspiration and training of Business Developers on how to attain business sales objective
- Assist team to intensify sales via training on sales methods.
- Generate action plans to enhance the performance and productive capacity of underperforming Business Developers.
Job Requirements
- Experience in Training/learning industry is a huge plus
- Very Good English
