Job Description
- Sourcing potential new customers.
- Achieving sales objectives and Meeting sales targets by set methods (phone calls, e-mails), etc.
- Maintaining regular contact with existing customers.
- Advise clients on all matters pertaining to multilingual communication.
- Manage client expectations and partner with the production team to provide clients with innovative solutions.
- Negotiate rates and provide quotes for clients and prospects.
- Regularly follow up on existing clients and prospects, and visit as appropriate.
- Demonstrating the technical features and benefits of our services.
- Advising customers on technology upgrades and related services.
- Composing tenders & quotations documents and customer proposals.
- Management of new sales leads, including qualification, response, recording, and follow-up with the objective of securing sales orders.
- Working with teammates (project managers, account managers, production staff) to coordinate outcomes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Fluent Verbal and Written English
- At least 2 years in a similar role and in the same sales territory.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems and Office Software.
- Ability to meet sales and commission targets.
- Ability to build and enhance relationships between our customers and our company.
