Job Description

US based Accounting firm seeks an Administrative Assistant.  
The candidate will be responsible for data entry,emails, answering phones and assisting with various duties.  

  • Candidate will be working from home with a Specific work place 
  • very good command of English 
  • willing to work after noon shift (California Time)
  • high typing speed 
  • Accounting background is a plus (highly preferred )

Skills:

  • Phone answering skills
  • Greeting and welcoming clients
  • Quickbooks experience.
  • Must be highly professional and personable  
  • Organized and on task.
  • Typing 60 words per minute

Job Requirements

  • Requirements:
  • Very good Command of English
  • Strong computer skills a plus (MS Word, typing).
  • Basic Office Skills.
  • Good communications skills.
  • Bachelor Degree is required
  • High Speed internet, computer and big monitors
  • Working from home/remotely, with camera supervision,
  • 45 to 50 hours per week with California time
  • Working PM shift (4 PM to 2 AM)
