Job Description
The Project Manager for our Utility Pipeline Services Department will provide overall management and supervision of pipeline services staff and be responsible for project scope definition, engineering design, specifications writing, sealing and signing plans, permitting, coordination with clients’ surveying and construction crews, technical reports and project invoicing.
- Performs project scope analysis and design guidelines of all work in natural gas pipeline, metering and regulating station, tapping facilities, gas facilities’ support structures, and other related work.
- Provides technical support, engineering design, drawings, and specifications writing.
- Prepares pipeline construction plan and profile drawings, site plan drawings, traffic control plans, and details according to standards/specifications.
- Performs specialized design assignments of a complex nature
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Civil Engineer bachelor degree
- 20 years experience including at least 10 years in the infrastructure field - water and sewage networks as a project manager
- 5 years experience in GCC
- PMP Certificate (project management professional)
- Fluent English
- Very good user of Auto-Cad, Primavera and Microsoft Office
