Job Description

  • Send demand forecast by implementing customer business plans and current demand
  • Daily market visits improving relations with the customers and ensuring availability, visibility, market shares and the execution level
  • Co-operate with seller support to assure delivering high-quality service
  • Act as the link between, the client and vendor by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that traders orders flow effectively
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of pricing, manage discounts, credit notes and collection
  • Follow up on leads generated through research and promotional events.
  • Build acquisition plan based on segmentation and geo-fencing
  • Sit demand plan for acquisition based on addressable market / potential opportunities.
  • Approach assigned merchant clients and support retail owner on how to collaborate with apps and features.
  • Build and maintaining relationship with merchant clients.
  • Support implementing advertisements and promotions campaign with POSM at retail selling points.
  • Support solving issues related to customers.
  • Work with other functions to propose proper benefits for BTECH customers.
  • Provide analysis and reports on the Sales performance for assigned merchants.
  • Monitor merchant target & growth and detect target gap and prepare suggested solutions.
  • Meet, pitch and lead negotiations with assigned/prospected merchant leads to acquire and onboard them unto BTECH
  • Meet targets in enterprise user acquisition in setting up online stores

Job Requirements

  • Experience of B2B account management in e-commerce, consumer internet.
  • Experience of working with retailers, resellers or brands.
  • Analytical and data driven with good knowledge of MS Excel and its functions.
