Job Description
- To develop qualification outline in the specified topics of expertise
- To revise qualification competencies
- To develop material for training courses in line with Academy standards and course objectives
- To develop question banks and assessment criteria for the courses to mach the qualification competencies.
- To design training sessions activities (Practical and theoretical)
- To train the trainers on the developed technical materials
- To develop equipments and consumables specifications list for the practical sessions
Job Requirements
Skills:
- Fluent English
- Good knowledge of production departments and industrial processes
- Ability and interest to understand and transmit technical information
- Ability to plan, organize and develop training materials
- Ability to set appropriate assessment criteria
- Good organizational skills
- High computer skills, specifically in word office application
- High motivated teaching ability and willingness to be at any time up to date
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in relevant field from a reputable accredited university or higher institute.
- (Telecommunication, Computer, Electronics, Metal Working, Welding, Civil Works)
- More than 2 years proven experience in a related position or training subject.
- Knowledge and/or experience in preparing and delivering training programs is preferred
