Job Description
- Work with the agricultural team to provide landscape services to all properties on your route. This includes mowing, trimming, weed eating, edging, blowing, unloading, and loading equipment at each property, removing loose trash and debris from the landscape area prior to mowing, removing weeds from sidewalks, curb lines, and beds, and deadheading flowers.
- Provide excellent customer service and be professional when customers decide to speak on a job site.
Quality Control.
- Make sure all jobs are done up to TMG Landscaping standards at each job site.
- Full control over all crops and vegetation to the company with the required quality.
- Work to improve and develop the site and continuous follow-up.
- Preparing a monthly report to explain the general condition of the site and finding solutions if necessary.
- Follow up on deliverables with the different departments within the group, follow up on-site evaluations and review the latest developments.
- Full coordination between the various departments within the company in finding quick solutions to some problems within the site.
Job Requirements
- 10-15 years of progressively responsible management experience in different phases of landscaping construction to maintenance.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture Engineering
- Must be knowledgeable of current landscape practices and how to best implement them on the project.
- Proven ability to perform in a site supervision role.
