Job Description
- Set up policies and procedures liaising with heads of departments for the protection and maintenance of safety rules and means of fire resistance and how to protect structures and individuals
- Prevent and reduce work-related accidents, ensuring that HSE procedures are well-adopted by company management
- Plan, organize, direct, administrate and manage all Safety, Health and Environment issue in the company
- Assist in the development of emergency response procedures, drills and contractor HSE Management, closeout of corrective actions raising from HSE activities.
- Understand, implement, and follow up QHSE MS “Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental Management System” responsibilities, procedures and guidelines.
- Build and ensure the widespread of a safety-driven culture
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulation
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- Certified OUSHA or NEBOSH is a must.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in HSE field.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong planning and goal-setting skills
- Self-driven with a high sense of ownership
- Prompt and decisive
- English Level very good (B2)
