Job Description
- Production Engineer to be a factory manager later on
- Direct Short and long term Strategic Planning for the Factory operations in line with the company strategic objectives and directions;
- Direct the Manufacturing and Maintenance processes to attain factory productivity with the most efficient resources,
- Optimize product cost, and Develop R&D Function as per the newly methodologies to fulfil customers’ needs and satisfaction levels.
- Develop annual factory budget plan (OPEX) and (CAPEX) plan of investment and thoroughly control its performance on monthly basis.
- Design Manufacturing SOP to maintain production smooth flow, and ensure to train the direct labors.
- Develop full material optimising plan to achieve annual saving plan on material cost.
- Manage and monitor the losses and wastes across the manufacturing process to minimise cost
- Audit Quality processes to ensure product quality standards.
- Hire, develop and empower the right calibre and resources to drive the business targets implementation and improve factory competitive edge of future team and resources.
- Direct the health and safety function and ensure a proper implementation of all health and safety measures and procedures.
- Manage Warehouse & Fleet Procedures, SOPs in alignment with the Production plan , objectives and directions.
- Identify the storage required area to meet the production plans’ storage.
- Develop and lead the Purchasing department annual plan
- Search regularly for Material new vendors with the objective of minimising costs and reduce risks.
