Job Description

We are a US real estate investment company buying properties directly from homeowners across multiple states. We're looking for a remote Call Center Manager in Egypt to build, lead and scale our outbound appointment-setting team, working US Eastern hours.

Responsibilities:

Recruit, onboard and train appointment setters calling US homeowners
Run daily team operations: schedules, attendance, huddles and call coaching
Own team KPIs: dials, contacts, appointments set, show rate and lead quality
Listen to call recordings, give feedback and refine scripts with management
Manage dialer campaigns, lead lists and CRM hygiene (BatchDialer, GoHighLevel)
Ensure the team follows US calling compliance rules (TCPA, DNC, calling hours)
Report daily and weekly performance to US leadership and flag issues early
Hand qualified appointments smoothly to our US acquisition closers

Job Requirements

5+ years in outbound call center / BPO, with at least 2 years managing a team of agents
Experience with US-based campaigns (real estate, appointment setting or outbound sales strongly preferred)
Excellent spoken and written English (C1 or above)
Proven track record of hitting team KPIs and coaching agents to improve
Hands-on with dialers and CRMs (BatchDialer, GoHighLevel, Five9, Aircall or similar)
Familiarity with TCPA / DNC compliance is a strong plus
Comfortable working night shift (US Eastern hours), Monday to Friday
Stable high-speed internet, quiet workspace and backup power/connection
Data-driven, organized and able to work independently with a remote US team
