Job Description
- Gather &analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
- Develop go-to-market strategies and tactics with specific objectives across different channels and segments (online-offline)
- Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
- Partner with internal sales teams to track lead quality, progress, and closing rates.
- Prepare and manage a marketing plan for an intended product, service, idea or event
- updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Plan and execution of Digital marketing plans to reach the target audience through identified channels (social, SEO,..)
- Manage all communication accounts through our social and digital channels (mainly Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn)
- Create, maintain, and distribute monthly marketing reports showing achievement of critical metrics regarding lead generation, content creation, website traffic, and other KPIs
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field; MBA preferred
- +5 years of experience (2 years in the same position)
- Excellent command of both Arabic and English, written and spoken
- Proven track recording in B2B Salas &marketing management
- Proficiency with online marketing specifically LinkedIn, Ad words, and social media strategy
- Working knowledge of market research, surveys, and data analytics
