Job Description
- Partners Relationships Management:
- Develop and maintain stakeholder’s relationships to achieve Helm targets and to ensure stakeholder’s retention and optimum satisfaction.
- Handle partner's networking plan and update CRM, documentation systems.
- Manage accounts through constant follow up and ensure that the proposed programs match the partner’s needs.
2. Leads:
- Create the potential stakeholder's database.
- Formulate new business deals by conducting meetings, coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts.
3. Products and Services Pitching:
- Generate proposals, presentations and attend networking events.
- Apply for grants/awards that fit Helm goals and objectives.
4. Internal Communication:
- Contribute in department planning strategy to achieve Helm targets.
- Supervise activities and handle communication to ensure proper implementation between internal stakeholders.
5. Team Supervision:
- Assign and delegate tasks , duties and responsibilities for the team members.
- Coach, monitor and evaluate team members.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Any Related Field.
- 3-5 Years of Relevant Experience.
- Account Management Experience is an asset.
