Job Description

  1. Partners Relationships Management:
  • Develop and maintain stakeholder’s relationships to achieve Helm targets and to ensure stakeholder’s retention and optimum satisfaction.
  • Handle partner's networking plan and update CRM, documentation systems.
  • Manage accounts through constant follow up and ensure that the proposed programs match the partner’s needs.

       2. Leads:

  • Create the potential stakeholder's database.
  • Formulate new business deals by conducting meetings, coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts.

      3. Products and Services Pitching:

  • Generate proposals, presentations and attend networking events.
  • Apply for grants/awards that fit Helm goals and objectives.

      4. Internal Communication:

  • Contribute in department planning strategy to achieve Helm targets.
  • Supervise activities and handle communication to ensure proper implementation between internal stakeholders.

      5. Team Supervision:

  • Assign and delegate tasks , duties and responsibilities for the team members.
  • Coach, monitor and evaluate team members.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Any Related Field.
  • 3-5 Years of Relevant Experience.
  • Account Management Experience is an asset.
