Executive secretary,
- Managing company communication services (Phone -Fax-Email)
- Managing Meetings, flights, hotels reservations for company and visitors as well.
- Coordinate with liner customers to ensure smooth and easy B/L operational steps.
- Managing office equipment’s (Stationary-Toners-Maintenance)
- Managing Stuff leaves reporting to administrations manager.
- Replacement for Liner stuff during their leaves.
- Reviewing customers feedback and comments.
- Managing the Printers-Faxes -Copiers,other machines Maintenance.
- Supervising All offices in general ensuring management instructions in place.
