Job Description
- Developing and/or reviewing and modifying draft contracts and agreements, decisions, rules and regulations, and other legal documents to achieve compliance.
- Fulfilling and updating the certificates, approvals, and legal documents for the company’s activity inside and outside the country
- Negotiate specific contractual issues and agreements with external entities as appropriate.
- Participate in meetings and conferences related to resolving contracting issues.
- Participate / supervise in reviewing new legislation requiring contractual compliance and implementing regulations necessary to achieve compliance.
- Providing legal assistance and recommendations in drafting general legal and policy documents, rules, regulations, decisions, and applications of various types and other legal or related papers to department upon request
- Legal research and preparation of reports on various topics as requested by the department, attending various negotiation sessions, providing legal advice and a lawyer.
- Conducting administrative investigations regarding the progress of work in the company in coordination with the Human Resources Department and the Managing Director.
- Provide recommendations on employee’s termination and discipline as required.
- Set goals and budgets for team members and ensure achievement and carry out evaluation and assessment of the team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Laws / Masters degree
- 7-10 years of experience in a similar job
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Highly analytical with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent managerial and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English is preferred.
- Excellent computer skills.
