Job Description
- Responsible for executing the training plan for the new hires in the Sales Department to give them full information about OPPO and the technical training about OPPO's product sales.
- Monitoring and reviewing the progress of training through assessment.
- Researching new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and presenting this research.
- Supporting and motivating the promoters in the stores to achieve their targets.
- Responsible for training material and it's updated.
- Responsible for promotional activities.

- Bachelor degree.
- Max. age 28 years old
- Excellent presentation & communication skills.
