Job Description
- Responsible of handling medical documents approval needed by Factory staff from the providing Medical Insurance services Co. in light of Medical insurance Document.
- Follow up with the providing Medical Insurance services Co. to guarantee delivering daily-required approvals on time.
- Handling verification and approval of employees’ sick leaves from Factory doctor and get back to employees departments with doctor decision based on the Co. rules and procedures.
- Generate monthly-required reports for sick leaves.
- Handling employees’ chronic medications issue (control Co. quota, adding cases, following up with Insurance Co., distributing prescription to the employees and ensure complete control over chronic cases).
- Other tasks as assigned related to employees’ Medical Insurance.
- Extract and process daily employees’ attendance data from attendance system (review working hours, attending late or leaving early permissions, etc.).
- Following up monthly payments for outsourcing Co. to assign costs to the correct cost centers of each dep. and compare it with budgeted cost.
- Emailing monthly employees Vacation Balance to each dep. after taking the vacation data from Master file.
- Other tasks as assigned related to personnel section.
Job Requirements

- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor Degree Commerce or similar University Degree.
- Ability to work in team
- 0-2 years of experience in HR field
- Advanced command of English skills.
