Job Description
- Demonstrate and explain products, methods, or services in order to persuade customers to purchase products or utilize services.
- Identify interested and qualified customers in order to provide them with additional information.
- Keep areas neat while working, and return items to correct locations following demonstrations.
- Prepare and alter presentation contents to target specific audiences.
- hospitably welcoming them & inviting them to a courtesy coffee , chocolate , tour , other similar
- administering a guided tour in Miele store together with a sales person
- Collecting visiting customers data (fb, Instagram, mobile, email, .... via questionnaire or similar
- present Miele membership club benefits (changeable) & store events calendar
- liaising with the store manager to always keep the lighting , music , voice , temper in the flat up to standard
