Reference to recent regional agreements, Egypt has been considered the Technology Hub for the Egyptian Post , that will extend its services to african countries.

Job Summary & Purpose :

Responding to customers through various communication channels (voice, digital or other) and dealing with their requests, inquiries, complaints, etc.

The main goal, is to give the best customer service quality to the customers, which will be done through self-confidence and strong knowledge of Egypt Post services and products (postal and financial services or other services).

Job Tasks:

  • Deals with customer requests with great care and respect through giving his /her best efficiency and effectiveness, and ensure that the required service level has been achieved.
  • Communicates positively and professionally with other departments to provide the required service to the customer
  • Helps and encourages a climate that strengthens development, whether on an individual or team level, to provide excellent customer service.
  • Mentor newly hired contact center agents.
  • Handles working tools properly (phone, earphone, computer).
  • Communicate professionally with colleagues, team leaders, and managers.

Job Requirements

Job Specification:

  • University Graduate is a Must
  • Very Good or Fluent English in both (written and spoken )
  • Military Status for Males: Exemption

Additional Information:

  • Work location: Egyptian National Post Organization (ENPO ) Call Center building located in Ramsis.
  • Working hours: Rotational [9 hours per day including 1-hour break]
  • Days Off: 2 days per week
  • Paid Training
  • Medical Insurance for employee & family ( 1st degree only )
