Main Job Duties:
- Handling clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services. face to face
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
- Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability.
