Job Description
- Train, manage, and develop operations management and supervise subordinate members of staff in a manner that ensures their performance meets the required standards.
- Give full commitment in developing and keeping up to date the departmental Standard Operating Procedures Manual.
- To ensure that all aspects of the operation achieve high standards of service and maintain client satisfaction.

- Responsible for managing the daily operations of the company branches, restaurants and cafes, and the home delivery service.
- Set a strategic sales development plan incorporating activities identified in the marketing plan, taking into account Egyptian market changes and conditions.
- Ensure the achievement of the annual sales budget.
- Monitor all trading results for each branch.
Job Requirements
- Not less than 5 years of experience in Cafes and restaurants management as manager or team leader.
- Experience in pastry & bakery / cafe is a must
- Excellent Leadership skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor degree.
