Job Description
- Develops the annual Production Plan/ Material Plan and periodic updates to assure customer service levels, inventory investment, capacity utilization and total cost are met.
- Ensures the Production Planning function maximizes asset utilization and develops contingency plans as needed.
- Ensures team members achieve planning goals of the approved plans.
- Controls movement of materials throughout Supply Chain Processes including Plants, and external suppliers.
- Leads Planning team in review and approval of customer specials feasibility requests as well as changes to existing formulations.
- Prepare reports for all planning activity metrics and analyse all results to recommend required improvements in performance of the plan
- Plan Inventory levels, ordering materials according to safety stock calculations and execute all planning programs.
- Monitors effectively date and revises, as needed, based on changing in production requirements establishing the priority and flow of production change.
- Continuously analyse, report, and evaluate Plan error rates and develop root-cause action plans to reduce Plan errors and continuously improve the process.
Job Requirements
- BSc. Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics)
- Supply chain Certificate is a Must ( CSCP, CPIM, SCM )
- Preferred with Manufacturing Background
- Advanced skill in using MS office.
