Job Description

  • The ability to develop exciting/motivating concepts, individually.
  • Possesses a strong creative portfolio that showcases the ability to concept and develop sophisticated communications across a wide range of channels, including but not limited to print, web, social, digital and video editing.
  • Understand how to consistently evolve concepts to make them better with each round of internal/client review.
  • The flexibility and maturity to deal with unexpected challenges and work collaboratively with a team to deliver the best possible client solutions.
  • Must understand team dynamics and be able to work well with a wide range of personality types.
  • Has an energetic, positive attitude and loves keeping up with industry design trends and technology.
  • Attention to getting the little details right and maintain graphic consistency across all deliverables.
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of files that are created and sent to print publications, vendors or used online.
  • Review digital and printer proofs for overall printability, including accuracy, clarity, content, registration and color
  • Designing and assembling materials for presentations and events.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in graphic design or related field
  • Experience in Digital Design and Animation is a must.
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced, deadline driven work environment.
  • Must be proficient with the all of the following Adobe CC products: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and After Effects.
  • Premiere knowledge is a plus.
  • Must possess a thorough understanding of interactive communications and delivery systems, processes and user interface design, as well as industry best practices.
  • Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography & limitations of the web; must have the ability to storyboard or translate ideas to designers and develop innovative motion graphics solutions.
  • Print and web design capabilities: must know how to work in both media for integrated campaigns.
  • Ability to effectively multi-task across multiple projects and clients.
  • Knowledge of website architecture and responsive web design.
