Job Description

  • Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
  • Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
  • Coordinate, attend, and take minutes for the CEO’s internal meetings, other meetings with outside partners and any other relevant top management meetings.
  • Organize meetings and ensure that Chairman is well prepared for those meetings, preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers.
  • Assign and monitor clerical and secretarial functions.
  • Act as a confidential administrative assistant in the CEO office, managing calendars and schedules, screening callers and arranging appointments, meetings, and conferences as directed
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO.
  • Handle calendar management for the CEO

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in an office environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong phone skills
  • Fluency in English & Arabic.
  • Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Punctual with strong attendance history
