Job Description
- Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
- Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
- Coordinate, attend, and take minutes for the CEO’s internal meetings, other meetings with outside partners and any other relevant top management meetings.
- Organize meetings and ensure that Chairman is well prepared for those meetings, preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers.
- Assign and monitor clerical and secretarial functions.
- Act as a confidential administrative assistant in the CEO office, managing calendars and schedules, screening callers and arranging appointments, meetings, and conferences as directed
- Provide administrative support to the CEO.
- Handle calendar management for the CEO
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience in an office environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong phone skills
- Fluency in English & Arabic.
- Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Punctual with strong attendance history
