Job Description

  • Install and configure computer hardware, systems, networks, printers, scanners operating systems and applications.
  • Support staff either face-to-face, over the phone or ticketing system for resolving issues.
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
  • Replace PCs/Laptops parts as required.
  • Provide support including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
  • Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system.
  • Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with policy issues.
  • Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time.
  • Testand evaluate new technology and current HW equipment.
  • Install and configure network cabling, patch panels, switches and UPS points.
  • Manage and update IT store records periodically (PCs, Laptops, IP Phones, ... & different IT devices).

Job Requirements

  • Experience : 2 or 3 Years
  • MCSA is a must
  • Strong knowledge in CCNA
  • Good knowledge in incident management and ticketing systems
  • Good knowledge in assets management
  • Presentable with Good Communication Skills
  • Fast learner and flexible
  • V.Good in Active Directory and Exchange
  • Basic knowledge in ITIL (Option).
  • VeryGood command of English
