Job Description

  • The Administrative Assistant will support the general administrative and clerical requirements of the project including preparing letters and documents, receiving and sorting mail and deliveries, and scheduling meetings and appointments.

Job Requirements

  • 2- 3 years of experience working in office administration required.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Ability to multitask while attending to detail and efficiency;
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel, Power Point, at a highly proficient level.
  • Fluency in Arabic is required. Proficiency in English is preferred.
