Job Description
- Clients create on the program and make sure to record the concluded private data, the credit periods granted and the credit limit for them in accordance with the contracts with them in order to prove the entitlements.
- Reviews customer receipts of goods and products with customers and matching them to invoices and account statements in order to ensure that the customer has received the required quantity in accordance with the sale order and the exchange permission.
- Prepares and records invoices for customers of all kinds on the program in order to prove entitlements to customers and in application of accounting standards (the accrual principle).
- Follows up the collection process from clients in accordance with the concluded contracts and the specified credit period in order to preserve the company's funds.
- Preparing settlements for customer accounts to adjust customer balances and accounts.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (Preferable English Section).
- From 4 to 6 years as Accounts Experience with AP/AR, invoicing, expenses, and reports processing is a must, as is General Ledger experience.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications
- Good command of English.
- FMCG Background preferable .
- Males or females.
- Strong independent problem solving skills.
- Must demonstrate ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively as part of an Accounting Team.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel.
