Job Description

  • Assisting in developing and implementing the organizations' policies and procedures
  • Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
  • Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records.
  • Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
  • Daily attendance
  • Completing timely reports on employment activity.
  • Organize, compile and update company personal records and documentation
  • Responsible for hiring and termination papers.
  • Support other assigned functions.
  • Comply with all HSE rules and instructions
  • Support in Recruitment process

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in any HR function (preferably Personnel) from 1 to 3 years is a must
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Good Business English
  • Good  communication skills
  • Experience in recruitment process
  • Basic Knowledge in labor Low 
  • Proficient MS Office user (specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
