Job Description
We are a leading destination management and luxury travel company, providing unique and inspiring experiences, holidays, and business services. We are looking for a Human Resources manager to join our team and become responsible for ensuring that the overall administration, coordination, and talent acquisition are executed as per the business expansion plan. Essential job responsibilities include:
- Developing, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department
- Administering human resources procedures that relate to company personnel
- Revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures
- Implementing and revising a company’s compensation program
- Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures
- Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads
- Conducting new employee orientations and training programs
- Creating and revising job descriptions
- Maintaining affirmative action programs
- Maintaining department records and reports
- Participating in administrative staff meetings
- Maintaining company directory and other organizational charts
- Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures
- Overseeing exit interviews
Job Requirements
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- In-depth knowledge of Egyptian labor law and best HR practices
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Budget-management skills and proficiency
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Bachelor of Business Administration. A degree in Human Resources is a plus
